Compromise on principle only leads to destruction and Congress may very well have ensured the destruction of our economy. For every $1 in cuts there is $41 in new spending; nearly $4 Trillion in new debt; and there will be higher taxes on 77% of American households. I agree with Charles Krauthammer this is wholesale surrender. Politically, the so called moderates divided the party and made a loss of the House in 2014 all that more likely. They have lost all credibility. They are destroying the party and worse still our country. This is an appalling betrayal of America and the principles of lower taxes, less government, and more freedom. May God have mercy on us.
