In the attempt to overturn the blatantly unconstitutional SB 6239 you have helped gather 200,000 signatures as of today...we only needed 120,000. This virtually assures that R-74 will be on the ballot in November for a vote of the people. As many of you already know, SB6239 would force small businesses against their conscience and will to participate in same-sex wedding ceremonies. This is a direct violation of Article 1, Section 11, and Article 26 of the State Constitution. Don't believe me check out the February 6, 2012, House Judiciary Committee meeting where I asked if this was true and non-partisan committee lawyers agreed. It is at Minute 4.
